We bring samples, take initial measurements, and note your preferred finishes and any changes you’d like to make. We’ll also explain what installation will be like. After the visit, we calculate and send your quote. You can review the proposed work and decide whether you’d like to move forward.

After your deposit is received, we arrange the full measurement takeoff. We work through the final scope and design choices, bringing any specific samples you’ve requested. Your selections need to be settled before ordering.

Once the deposit is paid and the design choices are complete, we place the order. Lead times vary. When we receive the supplier’s ETA, we’ll contact you to choose an installation week.

Most refacing installations take about three days, with some projects taking two to five. We prepare the cabinetry, fit the new surfaces and trim, install the drawers and doors, then place hardware, align everything, and complete touch-ups. Projects with new countertops follow an additional templating and installation schedule.

Clear the countertops and empty the drawers. Clear items around hinges and empty cabinets receiving pull-outs. Remove other cabinet contents if you want to avoid dust on them. We’ll discuss access and a suitable setup area for tools. Any necessary disconnections must be arranged separately before the affected work begins. Expect limited kitchen use, noise, and dust. If countertops are being replaced, the sink and dishwasher may be unavailable until installation and separate plumbing reconnection are complete.
